I can't find the book that I need on the shelves, yet the OPAC shows it is on shelf?
First check if you are at the correct shelf and the correct place in the sequence.  Look along the shelf and above and below, as book can be removed and then be replaced incorrectly by the user.  The book may be in a shelving area or another user may be using it within the library.  Please ask library staff for help if you are still unable to locate it.
